Based directly on customer feedback, we are excited to announce new features to the Club Automation platform that will improve the Pro Shop inventory process, prevent time clock redundancy for classes and programs, and give clubs a new option to add the “sold by” name in the point of sale automatically.

On Monday, June 24th, when a user is adding inventory to the pro shop, the unit cost of the item will be pulled through so that it does not have to be added manually. The user only needs to update the unit cost price if it deviates from the overarching unit cost on the item.

In addition, for fitness based components, we have now added the payroll redundancy feature to programs/classes that was previously only present for lessons/sessions. Now, when a user has clock-in hours that overlap with time that they are teaching a program or group activity, their clock-in hours will be reduced based on the overlap with the class/program.

Additionally, we’ve added a configuration to automatically add “sold by” to items sold in the POS. When enabled, for accounting groups that allow the “sold by” to be added, those items will automatically pull the logged in user. If the POS location is using a PIN, the user will be pulled based on their associated PIN.

In addition to these updates, every release includes improvements for speed, reliability and bug fixes to enhance your CA experience.
