This club has discovered a strong correlation between new member participation in a Wellness Encouragement Orientation Program and the probability their members will renew; New members who participate in this program are much more likely to renew than members who don’t. With that, the club’s locations have leveraged their Membership Assistant to help drive customers to participate in this program.

Over a three-month time period, 25% of their new members engaged with their Membership Assistant about the program and 7% were Hot Leads indicating interest in participating.
